Avante-guarde. Chaotic. Inspiring. Vibrant. Revolutionary. These are just some words to describe Fashion Week. For some background, fashion week refers to women and menswear shows that happen bi-annually in February and September in the "Big 4" fashion capitals - New York, London, Milan, and Paris.
From the 8th of February to the 16th of February, Fashion Week is coming to the concrete jungle -New York! Raf Simons, Tom Ford, Jeremy Scott, Yuna Yang, Alexander Wang, and many more high profile designers will be taking to the runway to showcase their designs for the Fall/Winter 2018 season. I am definitely going to be checking Instagram and Snapchat (life hack: a front-row view of shows via Kim Kardashian's snapchat story) to see all the trends from this season. NYFW is truly an exciting week and since we can't be in the city to witness the glam, we decided to bring our very own Fashion Week to New Brunswick!
