Back to Black (and Velvet)

Lush, elegant fabrics like velvet and corduroy made a huge comeback this year, sported in dark navy blues, deep browns, reddish rusts, and, most notably, black.

Cutouts and Cold Shoulders

Peekaboo cuts that expose the shoulders dominated the runways, taking this spring-ready style into the coming autumn.

Cold shoulder looks from Eudon Choi, Alexander McQueen, and David Koma.

Knot Your Average Collar

Classic yet bold neckties and bow-front blouses, from thick ribbon ties to minimal string ties, drew attention to the sophisticated and elegant necklines of the upcoming season.

Varying lengths, cuts, and styles of knots and bows, showcased by Mother of Pearl, Peter Pilotto, and Roksanda.

Sequins Spectacular

Shiny, glittering, party-ready sequins left sparkles on the runways, adding a dazzling touch to mini dresses, gowns, and day dresses alike.

Erdem, Preen, and Burberry's stunning sequin looks.

Supersized, Superlong Coats

Bold, big jackets and loose, longline coats are forecasted to bring you warmth and style this upcoming season, ranging from eccentric and oversized bombers to sleek and timeless prints.

Attention-grabbing coats from Emilia Wickstead, Marques Almeida, and Joseph.

Romantic Ruffles

Last but not least, frills and ruffles slid their way into the season's styles, from small and dainty ruffled trims to bold, wavy frilled hems. These delicate details combined chic modern minmalism with romantic vibes reminiscent of the Renaissance,

Temperley London, JW Anderson, and Alexander McQueen's refreshing takes on the ruffle trend.
